Domestic & Family Violence

The Domestic & Family Violence campaign is urging the community to call the Police if you see, hear or suspect domestic violence. The campaign was launched after five women and one man were killed in domestic violence murders across NSW within an 8-week period with one of the victims only 18 years old.

Crime Stoppers is calling on the community to be a lifeline for these victims. When you know there is an emergency happening next door or in your community which requires an urgent police response, don’t hesitate. You phone call could be the difference between that woman living or that woman dying.

The Police do an incredible job at responding to emergencies 24/7 but they cannot respond it they don’t know what is happening. Crime Stoppers promotes good neighbourly behaviour so please look after your neighbour, friend or family member.

Report domestic violence, call Triple Zero (000).
